I have a proven track record of success. I am a hotel specialist with over 17 years of reputed hotel experience. I have extensive experience in Operations ,Administration, Customer Service,F &B, Banqueting, Catering, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Team management in the hospitality industry. It ranges from planning, procurement and maintenance of all levels for smooth functioning of all the departments. I am presently looking for a challenging role as Operations / Reservation/ Sales/ Front Office Operations/Housekeeping/ Business Development/Customer Service .
❖ Overall Managing three properties of “Executive Inn Group of Hotels” (New Hotel Executive Inn, Hotel Executive Inn & Hotel A one)
❖ Part of operation team for effectuating operational procedure and service standard as per company policies of the hotel.
❖ Supervise and control all the department of the hotel to the utmost standards, within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the law. This includes front desk, housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, Banquets and HR.
❖ The most important aspect of my job is to balance manage and achieve the balance score card which includes associate satisfaction, guest contentment, market share, brand standards, owner’s relation and revenue.
