MARS MGS Cost Planning -

Worked in the design phase, developed user stories and created wireframes to visualize the user experience. Also built Anaplan mock-ups, worked on ITFM Integration roadmaps, created PowerPoint decks to present the progress, and identified action items from review sessions, to lay a strong foundation for the project's success.

MARS Anaplan Retrofit Impact Analysis -

As a Data Analyst on the Mars Anaplan Retrofit Impact Analysis project, comprehensive analyses were conducted on over 1,100 modules within the Replan and AI Forecast Inventory models in Anaplan. Responsibilities included assessing the impact of each module on Account, Entity, and Product dimensions, meticulously documenting the impact analysis, providing detailed reports highlighting the implications of each module on the overall business processes and outcomes and capturing master data changes within user stories. This project enhanced analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures, ensuring accurate and thorough communication of impacts to stakeholders.

MGS AI Simplification Pilot 2 -

Developed labor and non-labor user stories, built test scripts, defined Anaplan roles and dashboard access, and enhanced dashboards with selection filters and help panes. Leveraging Anaplan’s advanced features, I optimized data loads to the spoke model and managed reporting story migration to JIRA. Additionally, I created comprehensive training decks covering Labor, Non-Labor, Allocations, and Reporting.

Anaplan P&B-Asmnt & Rdmap-University of Cincinnati -

Streamlined module clean-up, built and enhanced forecasting, reporting, and filter modules in Anaplan. Developed new reporting views, replicated modules from Prod to Dev, improved user experience, and coordinated SIT/UAT prep. Ensured robust, consistent processes for margin targets, planning, and data accuracy across the project.

Culture and Inclusion -

Planned and executed birthday events, hosting interactive games and coordinating a cross-location potluck. Collaborated with POCs from multiple sites, fostering connections and celebrating diversity. Recognized for creating an inclusive, engaging, and memorable experience for all participants.
