• ONIX Gap Analysis and Rewrite: ONIX is a standardized XML specification for sharing bibliographic data pertaining to both traditional books and eBooks. As part of this project, I analyzed the gaps between the Amazon Books Feeds against the latest version of ONIX specification (version 3.0), proposed the changes to resolve the gaps identified, designed and implemented technical solutions for the Amazon Feeds to follow ONIX specification after getting the requirement confirmation from the Business.
• Amazon Feed Specification (AFS): Amazon Feed Specification (AFS) is a data interchange standard established and piloted by Amazon in 2017 to enable suppliers to automate item lifecycle management and procurement with Amazon by ingesting product data with improved data quality and increased selection. As part of the AFS support, I have on-boarded 2 integrators and 30+ direct fulfillment vendors into AFS. I have also trained the peers with the AFS configurations and troubleshooting the related issues.
• External ID to Platform Matching: Matching mechanism for Media Feeds (matching the feeds with the existing product data) was based on the external IDs like UPC, ISBN, etc., As an efficient way of identifying a product across the categories, Platform Matching project was initiated to verify across multiple attributes (not just external IDs). As a contribution towards this migration project, I extracted all the retail vendors with legacy matching configurations and found around 245 vendors with incorrect registration and updated the relevant configurations. I also provided a detailed analysis on the supporting activities to be performed by our team and had cross-team interactions to complete the migration.
• GDSN (Global Data Synchronisation Network) Consumables Flow: GDSN enables companies around the globe to exchange standardized product master data with their trading partners. GDSN re-write project is to parse the raw product data from the vendor in GDSN format to Amazon Catalog Standard format. As part of this, I analyzed the GDSN specifications, prepared the Business Requirement Document and deployed the ingestion logic for normalization engine to standardize the feeds.
• LVD2Caffeine migration: This is to migrate the Amazon vendor level feeds from C++ to JavaScript. Feeds will be provided by the vendors in XML format and we would need to migrate it to the Amazon Standard feed format. I worked with the Business team to gather the requirement and completed migration within the assigned timelines.
• CloudAuth Onboarding and NAWS Migration: In order to align with a Company -wide initiative, on-boarded to CloudAuth as an authentication & authorization protocol and migrated xx services to consume NAWS endpoints of the clients via CloudAuth.
• Security Certifier: I attended security certifier training led by Application Security Engineers and as part of the certification, performed a security review for an application by mitigating 16 threats and highlighting 5 security testing use cases.
• Process Improvements: Developed a service for the product schema generation of the catalog feed following the Amazon Feed Specification standard. Built a Quick sight Dashboard for feeds metrics to extract the retail catalog issues and contribution adoption sales report. Developed a command-line tool to perform analysis on the shadow logs of the legacy matching system, identify, summarize and email the list of issues for each feed type along with the next step of actions. Developed a tool to fetch the decrypted Alexa Events information to help Alexa developers, QAs and PMs to debug customer issues using the customer ID which helped in reducing the debugging/resolution time for customer reported issues.

Company Overview: Subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank

• Having worked for the subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, I have involved in application build and releases of the Finance and Banking applications.
• Work with IT development to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of issues and defects during development, testing, and post-production phases.
• I have analyzed the code for any bugs and provided code fixes for application defects, payment failures and other payment/banking related issues.
• PeopleSoft Interface Development and Testing: Designed custom re-call and re-assign functionalities related to the banking transactions/requests using People Code as per the Business requirements. Created People Code at various levels of records and pages to meet the workflow requirements and validations. Worked on the code to create ledger book and also scheduled jobs for batch and country migrations.
