• Works with operations team to define and manage instock metrics/ logistics
• Managing all the market delivery data through internal applications
• Merchants on boarding to our applications & maintaining contacts / building strong relationship with the merchant. And resolve merchant complaints.
• Visiting merchants & scanning inventories on regular basis; Identify new channels for branding and visibility.
• Keeping track of payments and timely collecting payments from the merchants and updating in system.
