Development and optimization of low cost media for mass yeast production, 151 Days, Development of low cost yeast media was done and then optimization was performed using statistical method(RSM). Yield produced by molasses media(low cost media) was 54% efficient than that of YM media, which is recorded to be 3.12g per 100 ml where as in YM media its 1.28g per 100 ml.
