Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in planning of Organizational Recruitment.
• Advertising vacancies,screening,short listing candidates based on desired skills.
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with department heads.
• Preparing offer letter, Employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
• Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
• Maintaining employees personal files and records,communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels.
• Designed policies and Induction program
• Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records.
• Preparation of Full and final settlement , generation of Experience Letters, Reliving Letters.
• Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals and increments of employees.
• Developing employee engagement activities like Welcome Mail policy to new employers and organized various fun activities.

• Worked inter personally with the management and the employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
• Maintaining Employee records and personal information through filing & documentation.
• Data Management
• Dealing with the customer queries and providing accurate solution upon confirmation of management
• Day-to-Day Bank operations
• Conversion of New leads from existing customers
• Customer query and cash management
