- Designed and built a programmable ticketing workflow for failed chaos tests using Jira Service Management APIs—lifecycle state machine, idempotent event processing, policy-based routing/notifications, and SLA checkpoints—reducing TPM manual work and improving incident response/MTTR.
- Built plug-and-play health-check APIs used internally to select eligible service instances for chaos tests and validate post-test recovery; compute time-windowed health from heterogeneous signals and support new signal types via extensible adapters that our team onboards upon request, accelerating coverage expansion.

- Designed the Unified data ingestion platform and implemented majority of its micro-services which significantly reduced the time and effort required to support Data Ingestion from a new retailer.
- Built from the ground up, ETL data pipelines for Walmart advertisement and Instacart advertisement data ingestion which helped the company transition from Amazon-specific e-commerce channel optimizer to omnichannel (multi-retailer) optimizer.
- Improved Backfill data ingestion process from Amazon vendor central by increasing its throughput by 3 times, reduced manual intervention to zero, and provided audit data about the ingestions.
- Instrumented end-to-end product refresh to push metrics to New Relic which helped visualize the performance of pipeline in New Relic Dashboard, meet product refresh SLA timing, and also carry out several optimizations to reduce total pipeline execution time.
