Coordinate with the Blue Room to receive the return parts from customers
Help Blue Room to the reconciliation of the part on return parts from customer
Ensure all necessary communications/ Updates is cascaded appropriately to the team members
Monitor stock availability in various warehouses and balance the stock based on forecasting
Investigate and resolve client queries and follow up with them on all unapplied fulfillment
Weekly call with a client for the process updates
Preparing reports in excel by extracting it from SAP (Open backorder report, Daily follow- up report etc) daily and share with clients
Approving requests after compliance checks
Raising queries to category managers for incoterms and payment terms clarification
Follow up with supplier for perform a invoice
Processing change request for PO modifications
Performing GR activities after approvals.
