Green Ammonia 900 MTPD – Phase 1 Project, Paradip, Odisha, with an estimated cost of INR 2,500 Crores with strategic plans of expansion aiming to scale up production to 3000 MTPD in Phase 2 & 3.

• Responsible for statutory approvals and permits acquisition from government authorities required for establishing Green Ammonia Plant
• Coordination for Front-End Engineering Design (FEED)
• Proficient in identifying critical project issues and implementing effective resolution processes
• Monitoring project schedule in alignment with the baseline schedule, proactively addressing any delays
• Conducting periodic risk analysis and developed effective mitigation plans
• Ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices to facilitate the smooth execution of projects

• Ensure seamless transitions between project stages, across sites, and among key stakeholders

Green Ammonia 300 MTPD – Phase 1 Project, SEZ Duqm, Oman. With an Estimated Cost of USD 500 Mn with strategic plans of expansion aiming to scale up production to 3000 MTPD in Phase 2.

• Created a comprehensive WBS to organize project tasks and deliverables effectively
• Assigned specific cost codes to each budget category and closely monitored discipline-wise budgets and expenses
• Developed Monthly and Quarterly Look-Ahead schedule along with proactive Catch-Up plans to mitigate delays and ensure project timelines
• Prepared Cost Estimation for the project and analyzed Cost Variances against baseline project cost and tracked committed and incurred costs
• Identified project risks and implemented strategies to mitigate their impact
• Facilitated seamless procurement processes and efficiently handled Change Orders Management
• Ensured effective inter-departmental coordination and vendor management
• Monitored Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Cashflow in alignment with purchase order payment terms and project scenarios.

LNG Re-gasification Project at Chhara LNG Terminal, Gujarat. Engineers India Limited (EIL) is the PMC for this project. Project Value is INR 1,600 Crores. It included the entire scope of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and commissioning of LNG Re- gasification Terminal of capacity up to 5.5 MMTPA expandable up to 10 MMTPA.

• Conducted thorough risk analysis and implemented proactive measures to mitigate potential project risks
• Collaborated seamlessly with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inspection, Expediting, and Site teams to ensure timely and smooth project execution
• Managed various packages, including Air Heater, BOG Internals, and Piping Requisition (Cryo/Non-Cryo items)
• Obtained engineering approvals, monitored manufacturing progress, coordinated daily with vendors, and expedited deliveries to the site
• Conducted Kick-Off Meetings with vendors to align for the start of work orders or purchase orders
• Held regular review meetings with Vendors and Contractors to monitor their work scope according to purchase orders and work orders, ensuring timely completion.

Ø HPCL Visakh Refinery Modernization Project (VRMP), Visakhapatnam, A.P. Project Value is INR 213 Crores. EIL was the PMC for this project.

Ø Raw Water-Cooling Tower at DHT Project, BPCL, Mumbai Refinery, Mahul, Mumbai, Value of Project is ₹ 6.59 Crores. EIL was the EPC for this project.

Ø Expansion of Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals (CFG3) Proejct, Kota, Rajasthan. Project Value is INR 33.28 Crores.

• Coordinated with local authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals in compliance with local state laws at the project site
• Finalized contracts with labour contractors, excavation, Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Piling Works contractors and oversaw the hiring of construction equipment such as Hydraulic Rigs, DMC Rigs, and Tower Cranes
• Monitored Project Budgets and ensured timely customer invoicing to maintain proper cash flow
• Managed the contractual closing of the project, including commissioning and claiming mechanical completion, handling final documentation requirements and site closure
• Obtained customer certification for the Extra Claims issued against the work done outside original scope of project
• Tracked project delays and submitted Interim and Final Extension of Time requests with Impacted Schedule and Delay Analysis, negotiating time and cost benefits with the client.
