  • Worked closely with Product team to design feature-specific engagement campaigns and retention triggers, automated CRM journeys based on lead behavior, activity patterns, and geolocations.
  • Deep-dived into sales funnel drop-offs; worked backward to build targeted campaigns that improved MQL->SQL flows; built Hub & Spoke model to meet demands efficiently and lower CPL.
