· Led and Contributed the SBM (U) 2.0 Mission for Maharashtra, managing a ₹12,500 Cr budget to enhance Solid and Used Waste Management (SWM) infrastructure across 411 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).

· Successfully prepared and secured approvals for the City Solid Waste Action Plan (CSWAP) with a ₹4,837.50 Cr budget from State authorities, MoHUA, NARC, and CPHEEO, ensuring alignment with national mission goals.

· Conducted comprehensive GAP analyses, monitoring, and evaluation programs to identify improvement areas and ensure the effective implementation of CSWAP initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Representation

· Represented the Maharashtra State Project Management Unit (PMU) in High Power Committee and State Technical Committee Meetings, facilitating strategic decisions and technical evaluations of SWM DPRs.

· Coordinated with key stakeholders, including Commissioners, Chief Officers, Nodal Officers, and Engineers, across 411 ULBs, 18 Divisional Technical Experts, and 411 City Coordinators, ensuring seamless implementation of SBM (U) 2.0 initiatives.

Policy Development and Compliance

· Led the formulation of policies, guidelines, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Government Resolutions (GRs), and technical reports to support the effective execution of mission objectives.

· Strategic Leadership: Spearheaded the development of RFPs and contract documents for critical bioremediation projects, covering procurement of heavy machinery (trommels, ballistic separators, shredders), vehicles, compost pad civil works, and SLFs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

• Led and managed the Bhalswa Landfill Rehabilitation Project for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), overseeing all project phases from requirement gathering and scope definition to resource allocation and schedule development.

• Contributed to the development of Oman's first Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste Recycling Plant, playing a key role in establishing a sustainable waste management solution.
• Prepared comprehensive waste analysis reports, material mass balances, concept designs, and preliminary designs for the C&D recycling plant, demonstrating strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Developed and executed operational plans, feasibility reports, cost estimations, and machinery selection strategies, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the recycling plant.

• Engineered Sanitary Landfills in Ibri, Sohar, and Tahwa (Sur): Oversaw the design, construction, and expansion of these critical waste management facilities, with a combined contract value exceeding 9 million Omani Rial (US $22.5 million).
