- Create and manage technical job postings on various job portals, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
- Proactively source and engage with top technical talent, including developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Review and screen resumes to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in specific technologies, tools, and methodologies
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and define evaluation criteria.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process
Offer Management & Onboarding:
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure that technical onboarding sessions, including system access and team introductions, are completed effectively
