• Built an end-to-end Power BI dashboard to analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and product movement.
• Performed food & beverage movement analysis to identify fast-moving and slow-moving items using dynamic filters and TopN DAX.
• Enabled the owner to optimize inventory and menu offerings by visualizing item sales and contribution to revenue.
• Included KPIs like daily/weekly item sales, average Billed amount, repeat customers, and Peak and Non-Peak service times.

• Analyzed class participation and time-slot preferences to identify peak and low traffic hours.
• Created Dynamic Measures in DAX to identify Average customer visits for 7 days, 15 days, 30 days and 90 days to flag at-risk members based on declining attendance and inactivity.
• Delivered actionable insights to customize subscription model to retain existing Customers.
• Used interactive visuals, slicers, and storytelling techniques to make insights accessible to non-technical stakeholders, including gym staff.
