A) Six Lane (Expandable to Eight lane) of Meerut Prayagraj Ganga Expressway Project from km.7+900 to km.70+000 ( Group-1) in the state of Uttar pradesh under UPEIDA
- Acting as Operation Head for the Project
- End to End responsibility for Progress, sourcing of resource and it`s allocation
- Review of BUDGET for the project
- Monitoring of Design and Contractual deliverables
- Works towards Improvement efficiency and effectiveness of resources
- Focus towards achieving optimal capacity utilization through Digital solutions
- Customer focus and Collection drive for Client Bills
- Work towards improvement of Product & Service quality, analyzing the Direct & Indirect cost overruns, shortfalls, preparation of JCR.
B) Eight Lanning of Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway Project from km.355+000 to km.378+740 on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in the state of Gujarat under Bharatmala Project NHAI.
- Acting as Head Planning and Project Control
- Preparation of BUDGET for the project
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
- Preparing the bill collection plan from the client
- Monitoring of procurement plan, preparation of monthly/quarterly procurement schedules for major materials, special materials as per the work plan
- Monthly Reconciliation of major materials
- Analyzing the Job Cost report, Monitoring of Design and Contractual deliverables.
C) Four Lanning of Sambalpur-Rourkela Road project from km.4.900 to km.166.700 on SH-10 in the state of Odisha under Odisha Works Department.
- Acting as Head planning and Project Control for the Project and leading a 15 member group
- Working out with the quantities required to cover the total scope of project for preparing the Project completion schedule and get them approved by the Management
- Preparation of Cost Estimate and BUDGET for the project
- Preparation of Monthly & daily work plans and progress reports
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
- Preparing the bill collection plan from the client
- Coordinating with the site execution team for preparing monthly procurement schedules for major materials, special materials as per the work plan
- Monthly Reconciliation of major materials
- Monitoring of procurement and follow-ups to get the required materials in time
- Identifying the BOQ deviated items and giving the inputs to contracts department for preparing the claims
- Analyzing the Direct & Indirect cost overruns, shortfalls, and preparation Profitability /Job Cost report
D) Four Lanning of Amravati-Jalgaon-MH/GJ Border Road project from km.166.725 to km.650.794 on NH-6 in the state of Maharashtra under NHAI.
- Acting as Head-Project Control for the Project
- Reviewing of the proposals of work packages with respect to the Project Estimate and it`s approval process from Management
- Monitoring of procurement and follow-ups with Concern department to get the required materials in time
- Budget preparation for the project in co-ordination with work packages
E) Up-gradation of Road Corridors to Four Lane of Rajkot Jamnagar Vadinar Road from km.3.00 to km.129.30 in Gujarat state under GSRDC.
- Acting as Planning Head for Section-1 of the Project
- Preparation of Management planning & control system which includes Work Program, Invoicing schedule, P&M, staff, S/c Labour, Material and any special agency requirement
- Preparation of Schedule of Direct and indirect cost
- Preparation of Progress Report (Daily & Monthly)
- Preparation of Job cost Report
- Finalization of rates with Contractors and checking and preparation of S/C Billing w.r.t Work
- Reconciliation of Bulk material, Allocation of provisions for Plant and material for timely mobilization of Resources with respect to Project schedule
- Monitoring of progress w.r.t Program.
F) Widening to four lane and Strengthening of NH-2 (GTRIP/7) from km.240.00 to km.320.00 (PQC pavement) in the state of Jharkhand under NHAI.
- Worked as a Section in charge of 23 km stretch including Concrete pavement, CD works, Retaining walls and bridges in between Km 240.00 to Km 263.00
- Arrangement & allocation of resources, manpower and machinery
- Interacting with clients /Engineers for obtaining approvals of working drawing & methodology
- Client measurement certification
- Preparation of monthly program based on construction program & monitoring the same in day to day basis to achieve the targeted plan & invoice.
