- Led the migration of existing user identities to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), modernizing authentication mechanisms and ensuring secure, centralized identity management for all internal users and dealerships.
- Enabled SSO-based authentication for various enterprise applications through Azure Entra, improving user experience and aligning with Subaru’s cloud-first security strategy.
- Developed and implemented bulk accessorization logic for newly delivered vehicles, ensuring all new cars were updated with region-specific features and packages before allocation.
- Designed and built a data-driven vehicle allocation system for Subaru dealerships, dynamically allocating new vehicles based on each dealer’s 3-month historical sales average, improving fairness, transparency, and sales performance.
- Collaborated closely with Subaru business analysts and regional dealer managers to understand allocation policies and incorporate them into system logic.
- Contributed to system optimization, reducing manual intervention in allocation and enhancing scalability across dealer networks.
