  • First-time right manufacturing of the Engineering Mine Plough (EMP) for the Indian Army (Defense) was achieved within 6 months for a total of 175 units. We obtained all necessary clearances from Defense agencies, from raw material procurement to final testing, and the units have been operational without any complaints for the past 2 years.
  • New Product approval (Hatsumono) of Motor plant Hydraulic aggregates (Swing Machinery, Final Drive, Swivel Joint & Carrier Roller) for Komatsu – Excavators within 4 Months of joining.
  • Reduction of customer response time from no target to 48 Hours and resolution lead time of customer complaints within 1 month against earlier target of 3 months.
  • Reduction of warranty cost from 13.5 Lakhs per annum to 6 lakhs per annum through detailed analysis of the issues.
  • Self-certification of 10 suppliers through establishing the supplier Evaluation process.
  • Quality control activity is strengthened through establishing specific Quality plans (QAPs), CTQs & PDI.
