My team conducted a detailed generational difference survey of two F&B outlets through the lens of organizational behaviour.

From that survey we wrote a report detailing the changes we saw in the perspective and management operations in GEN-Z compared to millennial.

We documented our findings and the differences noted between the desk study and On ground research in our case study.
