- Designed a small-scale gearbox, used in wind turbines and windmills.
- Designed a pressure chamber for the testing of a solenoid coil, capable of withstanding 10 bar pressure and 55 degrees temperature, with a heating element and gauges mounted on the chamber.
- Using SolidWorks , calculated and optimized the factor of safety , Von misses stress , and maximum displacement of the chamber due to the pressure.

Level 3 ADAS-integrated mini car
- The system integrates a suite of advanced driver assistance features, including Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Vision-Based Automatic Parking, by fusing data from a camera and ultrasonic sensors
- A critical component of the design is the Request to Intervene (RTI) protocol, which uses environmental monitoring to detect complex scenarios, such as traffic signs or lane endings, and trigger a safe handoff from autonomous logic to manual human control
Liquid metal cooling through microchannels (ongoing)
- Designed and fabricated a magnetohydrodynamic pump for pumping Galinstan metal through a microchannel
- Experiments were conducted by changing various design parameters to optimize the heat transfer using liquid metal
Overhead water tank cleaner, vice captain
- Designed a product for cleaning the overhead water tank effectively and easily
- The product was developed by taking into consideration user need statements, which were formed by our team after interviewing a random set of users
- The product was selected by the college for a patent application, and a patent has been filed
