• Filing and reporting Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) after identifying and analyzing abuse pattern to NCA and EEA entity.
• Prepare a full RBI on the basis of the alert in the account.
• Check transactions going on in the suspected account and then establishing patterns like Chargeback Abuse, Money Mule, Account Takeover (ATO) and Money Laundering (ML) pattern in the account.
• Checking KYC documents and verifying with PRADO.
• Conducting Customer Due Diligence to verify customer information such as identification documents and analyzing the Transaction history of the customer.
• Keeping latest update about the regulatory requirements related to Anti Money Laundering (AML) activities.
• Identifying Anti Money Laundering (AML) activities in Crypto Currency and Gambling platforms.

• The goal was to investigate customer transactions in real time and identify fraud/abuse pattern at North America, Brazil and India Marketplace.
  
  As part of the role, I was responsible for:
  
  - Worked on projects to improve customer experience. Engaged in frequent written and verbal communication with various departments to accomplish goals.
  - Regular discussions with Team lead/Manager to find out the gaps for improvement.
  - As an investigator was part of a team which take actions based on processes, tools and high judgement decisions.
