• The vehicle breaks down on the way, talk to the towing team and get it repaired on time.

• Preparing driver performance and revenue data(weekly and Monthly)
• Planning the service center where the vehicle will go for service and repair.
• Making Roaster of Shift Executive and Charging Boy
• Rewarding and planning drivers according to their performance.
• Fixing the vehicles of drivers who perform well.
• Verifying whether the cash collection is correct or not.
• Talking to drivers and making improvements according to their revenue and their earnings.

• Working in Close interaction of the entire Team, Backend Team, for making a good Supply Chain & Customer Satisfaction.
• Achieve every parameter as per company requirement.
• 100% PDD delivery confirmation as on time in entire cluster.
• Closely monitor every SDP in cluster and make profitable to all.
• Weekly basis team meet & smoothly operation plan.
• Closely sort out the vehicle issue coordinate with the transporter.
• Assure 100% delivery & cash deposit on time from all SDP end.
• Closely working with team in a friendly atmosphere for their enthusiasm.

• Last Mile Operation (E commerce and document delivery)
• Day to day operation planning
• Vendor pickus,RVP, time dispatch all pickups to different destinations
• Manpower hanling and communicate all DP's to run smooth operation
• Daily report update and timely delivery all shipments on priority basis
• RTO shipments handling
• Coutomer complaints resolve with proper RCA
