In addition to this, the full scope of activities includes Policy formulation and timely reviews, operational support, on-boarding, off-boarding, training, leave Management, HR Reports and analytics, and Global Mobility are others.
  • Ensure that the salaries are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations across all geographies in MetrixLab.
  • Responsible for process harmonization of all Human Resource/People related services, tools, programs, and approaches across the geographies through close collaboration with experts in different Global Centers (across Asia, EMEA & LATAM regions) and stakeholder management.
  • Played a key role in creating from scratch the Global salary benchmark data for the organization.
  • Expat management including arranging work permit approvals and Visas as required through vendors in all countries.
  • Responsible for creating the framework of HR process and policies for all New entities including setting up compensation structure, benefits, HR policies in line with local laws and working with local vendors including pricing comparisons.
  • Serving as a strategic business partner to general management; guiding Management on how to best drive employee engagement while limiting legal risk exposure through strong knowledge of local employment laws.
  • My core strength is monitoring and addressing employee issues, and driving engagement between employees, front-line management, and the HR function.
  • Contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) Department to drive performance by acting as a trainer as required.

  • Managed Global Payroll and served as a back-up for HR operations manager for all the HR processes across India.
  • Managed the acquisition of Nortel and played a key role in harmonization of HR and Payroll processes.
