Being an air traffic controller taught me to be cool and collected under intense pressure, to handle emergency situations without a moment to spare, to engage, motivate and bring my team together to work towards a common goal, to get things done.

As an independent film maker, I learnt to think on my feet, be creative, be an effective leader, improvise and make do to remain on budget and on time.
