An enthusiastic and motivated education professional with good academic background and practical experience, seeking a challenging opportunity as a facilitator to help young minds reach their potential, by effectively taking part in the teaching learning process so as to contribute positively to the growth of the Institution and the community at large.

A passionate English language teacher with good oratory, communication and editing skills and proficiency in grammar and phonetics. Ability to use innovative teaching methods and willingness to acquire new skills and learning methods.

Good understanding of Law, politics and the Constitution and actively involved in social and human rights issues especially at the grassroots level. Commitment to work and live sustainably in rural areas.

• Participated as resource person in the Communicative English classes conducted by ELTIF, at Payyanur,Kerala in May 2019.
• Presented a paper on "Developing Oral Communication Skills among Rural School Children" at the National ELT Conference held at Avinashalingam Institute, Coimbatore in January 2017.
• Participated in the 'Courage to Lead' experiential learning expedition of Disha India Education Foundation in October 2017 and contributed to a resource book for middle school children.
• Guided a pilot study on Living and working conditions of Sanitation workers of Koduru, conducted by a community health fellow of SOCHARA, in 2015.
• Qualified the UGC NET exam in Human Rights and Duties in June 2004.
• Presented a paper on " Protection of Child Rights: The role of ILO" at the National Seminar on Human Rights at Dr. Ambedkar Law College, Pondicherry in March 2004.
