Aetna is a Platform to improve Stars Outcomes and Member Experience by providing Aetna care/service delivery professionals with relevant contexts, insights and actionable information about member’s health journey.

Responsibilities:

➢ Designing the Analysis design document consisting of all solutions to meet client requirements.

➢ Monitoring the performance of the applications. Involved in Project Deployment, Production Support and Enhancements.

➢ Performing adhoc activities for various reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

➢ Worked on creating dataset for report changes to accomplish SAS job to automate the existing jobs.

➢ Used different source of data like flat file, exe file, database using Proc SQL and libname.

➢ Have used PROCSORT, PROC SQL, PROC PRINT, PROC FREQ for data manipulation.

➢ Create files and directories at user and root level and Setup permissions for users to access the file by using Unix commends.

➢ Find RCA and troubleshoot the issues and re-run the failed job if any automated jobs failed during running process.

➢ Perform and manage system backups and replications running on 3rd party backup solutions and through local RHEL tools (e.g. tarball, gzip, dd etc.)

➢ Worked on job scheduling.

Project Description:

Responsibilities:

➢ Worked as a track lead and performed Problem and Incident management.

➢ worked on Jira and Remedy tickets to handle or solve user issues and queries.

➢ As a SAS admin performed activities like Adding or removing library/schema to a particular SAS workspaces. permission handling, Scheduling the automated job, killing,running and monitoring the jobs.

➢ Used SAS Enterprise Guide to develop various job processes for ETL (Extract, transform and load).

➢ Responsible for creating job flows by using Flow Manager tool which helps user to view the status of flows, jobs, job arrays and subflows that are currently in the system, or have run recently.

➢ Responsible for organizing daily call with the team mates to discuss about the status of the on going activity to reduce the miss out and improve the team performance.

➢ Designing and creating SAS datasets from various sources like flat files, CSV, text form, and other formats, creating reports and files from existing SAS datasets.

➢ Responsible for organizing calls with the user/client to discuss about Jira tickets which raised by them to get better understanding about what is the exact issues they are facing and what needs to be fixed if needed.

Biogen Inc. is an American multinational biotechnology company. Specializing in the discovery, development, and delivery of therapies for the treatment of neurological diseases to patients worldwide. Responsibilities:

➢ Responsible for handling user request and approving or rejecting the request based on validation.

➢ Managing user issues through service now tickets.

➢ Updated and modify the data into salesforce by using Veeva MDM.

➢ Validate the user request and perform QC in various source like salesforce and medpro before processing the user request.

➢ Created report to analyse or extract the data from Veeva by using SQL query.

➢ Worked on table creation and modification in SQL.

➢ Automated the reports to run on a scheduled time.

➢ Coordinate with various team to make sure that environment is up and healthy.

➢ Responsible for maintaining Knowledge database for resolving the known bugs.

➢ Involved in code review and peer review of the ETL mappings and suggested corrections wherever necessary.

➢ Develop the parameter files as per the jobs.

➢ coordinate meetings between Client and vendor teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
