• Being a Production Executive where I developed my knowledge in plant operation & I have quickly adopted the production executive role and I'm very much confident enough about solving problems and at handling people by achieving full production at most of the times in my shifts in packing as well as process.Did Start up time reduction from 18hrs to 12hrs by collecting the base data time taken in each process and the problems faced during each process and did RCA for that and giving a action plans for the same and by preparing a proper checklist and circulating to all the shif officers Along with the team could able to reduse the start up time .

I had focusedand delivered on increasing the OEE in each machine and to reduce the breakdown time.I have changed the solid OEE calculation in OPE sheet to get the exact OPE % in each process have made a very good impact ongiving Insentive to people.Build app activation for both blue and white collar people was done and started using 5 modules in Buildapp.CLIT and PM checklist was prepared for all the machines.Online OEE capturing For TT machine trial was taken successfuly with the help of BLP team .SMED kickoff was done and personally captured time motion study in each phase during c/o in GP machine and helped in doing centrelining and created 38 3D modles and 4 animated assembly of machine.Have also helped in doing animation for BGKC & SAKC .

Firstly I understood the complete manufacturing process of Kissan Ketchup, Kissan Jam , Mayonnaise & Surfexcel. NVAA reduction at LUP section project is completed up to the mark and implemented in the plant. Level Zero Observations ,data collection, finding critical parameters and giving solution to overcome the manual to online process of SPC project at ketchup section was completed. In laminate waste redduction project I collected the data for 1 week and iddentified the top contributers to the wastage and analysed the problem and suggested some solutions to the respected team. Completed my LOBs in WCM/UMC ,MMP codes, Studied the major and minor losses ,Understood the factory score and KPI calculations, how to reduce waste in the factory,DFOs. My strength lies in working diligently and with commitment.

• I have quite a good grasp of how manufacturing process of Horlicks and boost takes place. I've also worked as shift inchrge which gave me a hands on experience in the plant. My project was based on OEE improvement i.e., to reduce speed loss. I was involved in Internal Kaizen Competition (IKC) and participated in Unisparks Workshop. Completed my LOBs in manufacturing,quality,engineering,SHE . My strength lies in working diligently and with commitment. She has exhibited good SOL.
