I was working in a ForgeRock Migration and Enhancement Project for Suncorp via Accenture. The overall objective of the project was to migrate from v6.5 to v7.2 along with some enhancements proposed by Suncorp.
Having a skill set of Automation Engineer, I got onboarded to the role of QA automation lead in the project.

• Validate the compatibility of existing BDD framework with newer version changes.
• Developing new test scripts for the automated test suite specific for newer 7.2 version.
• Performing test automation in multiple test cycles involving Progression and Regression.
• Validating generated audit events by FR in the functional flow on AWS S3 bucket.
• Setting up the pipeline to run BDD suite automatically overnight and after every code change for robust regression.
• Validating the FR's data and token migration functionalities via existing ForgeRock mappings in test environments.
• Participated in the daily triage calls to discuss the defects discovered via BDD suite and their resolution.
• Sending the Automation testing status report to stakeholders after every test cycle completion.
  Lead and guide junior test automation engineer of my team.

Client- Angle Auto Finance

Angle Auto Finance is one of the largest auto financiers in Australia.The portal got Upgraded from the legacy enterprise portal to New OAuth 2.0/OIDC enabled portal.

• Developed CAF (Code-less Automation Framework) for API automation on Dev, SIT and UAT environments.
• Assisted in managing offshore testing team, size of four.
• Writing and executing the test scripts using C#.
• Managed defects and conducted test status/defect triage meetings on a daily basis.
• Performed manual API execution using Postman for various contracts.
• Calibrated performance testing using JMeter.
• Coordinated in database testing using Azure cosmos db.

Project - SCATS(Sydney Co-ordinated Adaptive Traffic System)

Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) is an intelligent real time traffic management platform that monitors, controls and optimises the movement of people and goods in cities. The project involved upgradation of a decade old traffic light simulator to a new one. (WinTraff to iTraff).

• Uncovered iTraff and existing signal protocol logic among different hardware components of SCATS.
• Developed and enhanced the existing Protractor/BDD framework using Docker and VMware.
• Generated execution and report by Cucumber reporting.
• Writing test scripts using Anaconda Python.
• Managing and writing manual/integration test cases.
• Integration of automation scenarios using CI/CD tool Bamboo.
• Writing/executing test scripts using C#.
• Participated in weekly business meetings with international stakeholders to gather requirements.

The project involved Development/Quality Assessment of Krypton - a web application that stored and managed the secure access to all sensitive data collected from another application- AppleCare.

• Creation of test framework based on BDD/protractor/JavaScript for different nationalities namely China, Russia and USA.
• Conducted Database testing using MongoDB.
• Worked on Load testing for users using performance tool JMeter on weekly basis.
• Performed integration testing of various Apple tools namely Apple Watch, Apple Connect, Apple Maps.
• Worked in Sydney,Australia on onsite or 6 months as part of testing for Apple's M1 chip devices.
• Integrated CI/CD setup using Rio(Jenkins wrapper) tool.

Project - Daimler

Daimler is the parent company for Mercedes Consumer and Passenger Vehicles. The project involved regular testing for the dealer's application (DFE, Dealer Front End) in which the interacted with manufacturers located in different markets (France, Portugal, China, Russia).

• Written variety of automation scripts using Test Ng /Selenium/Java and POM (Page Object Model) including Internationalization, distributed environment, and multiple role-based logins.
• Performed daily build validations on test/stage environments and prod checkout post deployment.
• Scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly scheduled jobs using Jenkins for regression and sanity testing.
• Database testing using Oracle.
• Ported team bugs on QA Automation.
• Performed API automation using Postman, J-Meter.

Project- Reporting Hub

Product Engineering and Data Solutions was the product-based wing of OGS (Optum Global solutions) to report the project parameters like Code quality, Defects and other industry standards

• Performed test on ETL jobs.
• Conducted System, Regression, Exploratory and Smoke Sanity/Test as Quality Engineer.
• Involved in monthly Deployment, Post-Deployment check-outs, hot fixes, and DOD (Delivery on demand) deployments.
• Involved in Sprint processes meetings namely- Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, Daily sprint meeting and PI innovation.
• Worked on Support Log items and Service Requests for the support team.
• Writing, joining, and running SQL queries using SQL server management system
• Prepared manual Test Cases and Automation suites using Cucumber/gherkins.
• Executed regression suites post deployment.
• Analyzed and worked on Tableau reports.
• Developed scripts on C# and Java.

Consumer Account Management System was designed to adjudicate and justify claims going downstream that further gets appended with copay and coinsurance components.

The portal was to run various offerings for Walt Disney Orlando.

• Performed smoke testing and report status to TL.
• Conducted Regression testing and upload bugs in Bugzilla, HP QC.
• Identified/Shortlisted test case that needs to be automated
• Perform code fixes in automation suite.
• Develop scripts by using TestNG with WebDriver.
• Analyze changes in new build and update it accordingly
