  • The Employee Engagements role involved engagement of employees on 3 sub-levels: New Hire Engagement, All Employee Engagement & Leadership Engagement. Drove employee welfare and engagement activities, involved in Employee Engagement Survey & drove new initiatives for leadership connect.
  • Workforce Management role: I was responsible for short term planning, management, maintaining internal forecasts and tracking of forecast accuracy. I worked on tracking progress in the staffing area and highlighted any deviations. I focused on maximising performance levels and competency for the organisation. I was also responsible for innovation in the workforce management space – providing insights on improving efficiencies.
  • The Corporate Social Responsibility role included leading, designing & developing CSR programs & initiatives and actively involved in effective stakeholder management.
