Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handling Bank Reconciliation Statement once a month.
  • Handling Inter Unit Transfer and updating the same to Corporate Head office on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing all ledger details: guest ledger, city ledger, and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
  • Creating Debtors bills & Vouchers on a daily basis and sending them to the concerned sales division and following up until payment is done.
  • Amending the bills of all creditors and accounting them daily until payment is done at the end of the next month.
  • Preparing Daily Sales Report and sending it to the concerned departments.
  • Daily preparing food cost report and sending it to the chef.
  • Monitoring cost & expense on a weekly basis.
  • Frequent outlet audit (such as Imprest & collection cash, Register).
  • Monitoring license, insurance, and contract renewals.
  • Efficiently handling all government suspense audits (such as Municipal Corporation, Labour, Food & safety department visits).
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers.
  • Collecting revenue cash of the unit on a daily basis and depositing it to the bank weekly twice.
  • GST workings and B2B & B2C workings, TDS working, PF & ESI workings, and VAT workings worked monthly.
