In my current role as a VMware Certified Instructor I independently engage with VMware and VMware Education Delivery Partners (VEDPs)
• Deliver trainings for public, VMware Partners, In-House and Corporate schedules.
• Work with point of contacts to identify and deliver trainings as per training need analysis.
• Deliver trainings on VMware products - vSphere - Datacenter Virtualization, NSX - Network Virtualization, vSAN - Storage Virtualization, Site Recovery Manager - Disaster Recovery

My work in the organization as VMware Certified Instructor & Microsoft Certified Trainer was divided into delivering training & lab infrastructure management involving technologies like VMware, Windows, Linux & Storage.
• Deliver VMware & Microsoft approved products trainings for public and corporate schedules.
• Design, implement and manage complete Dimension Data’s India virtual lab infrastructure based on vSphere, Hyper-V & VMware VDI used for multiple vendor trainings.

As a Technical Consultant & Trainer my work involved being part of solution design & implementation activity and training delivery.
• vSphere Design and Implementation - Create & implement conceptual, logical and physical designs by working with virtualization project stakeholders.
• VMware ESXi Server Administration - Hands on experience in vMotion, Storage vMotion, HA, DRS, Cluster, FT, VMware Converter, P2V, and V2V. Troubleshoot issues related ESXi & vCenter Server.
• Storage Administration & Server Hardware - Knowledge on different Storage types (NAS, SAN, Fiber Channel & iSCSI). Configuration and troubleshooting of storage issues.
• Windows Server administration - Implementation, management & monitoring the Windows Network Infrastructure.

• Provide L2 support on remote data backup products over email, call, WebEx to global clients.
• Products supported: Connected – Desktop PC backup and recovery & LiveVault – Server Backup and recovery support
• Conduct technical/process knowledge sharing sessions for team.
• Interact with Current Product Engineering on escalated issues.
