• Description : UNMS software system is the so-called Next Generation Operation Support System (NGOSS), for ensuring the entire network is up and running optimally. It involves complete visibility and real-time monitoring of the diverse network assets on a common Management platform.
• Managing and owning Data centers EMSs solution, across multiple locations
• Defining EMSs scope for monitoring Data centers solutions (L2/L3 devices, IPS, FWs SIEM, Storage, VMs, Cloud, Non-IT EMSs etc.)
• Breaking and framing RFP clauses to functional requirements
• Freezing BoQ, BoM and Scope of work (SoW) with OEMs/Vendors to meet RFP clauses
• HLD/LLD preparation, sign off with Vendors and Customer

• Description: SQM delivers the capability to manage and monitor services in general, It effectively supports the Service Assurance process. All service-relevant information available in the operator environment can be collected, the information forwarded to SQM is used to determine the status of defined services
• The current service level is calculated by the service-specific correlation rules, which can be predefined for different types of services (for example, Voice and Mobile Broad band data services in 2G,3G & LTE networks, Transactional Data), or developed by the operator.

• ORIA - Provisioning Portal, Oria is a provisioning portal used for provisioning end users on Mitel devices like Mitel Communication Director, Mitel Border, Gateway, Mitel Application Server.
• Analysis, feasibility and fixing of new development request and defect, helping team members in fix and troubleshooting.
• TMO Security (Linux/Solaris machine hardening), This project is all about hardening and making MMSC, SMSC, SMU, CMU systems more secure by removing vulnerability reported by Qualys and Nessus tools, which includes strengthening of web applications by using more secure certificates and hardening system by disabling various system utilities and vulnerable ports
• Scanning, analysis and fix of vulnerability reported by tools, assigning task to team, with end-to-end delivery
• SDN POC - Open flow Protocol, This project is a POC for understanding Software defined networks using Open flow protocol L2,L3 switches and to figure out how it can be used for making networks smarter, by playing with its flow entries
• To analyze and understand how network discovery happens in SDN networks and how to control network traffic by modifying/removing/adding flow tables of open flow enabled switches
• OMAP Project (SMU), Site Monitoring Unit this solution is available for Linux and Solaris platform with HP-OVO, SMU gather SNMP requests from network and managing/manipulating them as per the requirements and further forwarding them to CMU(Central Monitoring Unit) and further to operator NOC(Network Operation Center).

SMU includes several other core components like:-

a. iTRAP/NNM (Linux/Solaris): iTRAP is a replacement of NNM for Linux SMU, develop iTRAP which is capable of doing MIB resolution and trap preprocessing.

b. AC (Alarm Correlation): It correlates the alarms based on the logical rules defined in its configuration files, it can modify/block alarms by manipulating alarms attributes.

c. CMA (Comverse Messaging Agent): Alarm forwarding to (CMU/NOC). Keeping SMUs, CMUs and NOC in sync with alarms. It has its own SNMP sub agent through which it communicates with other SMUs, CMUs, and NOCs using SNMP get/set requests.

-Requirement freezing, customer status meetings, end –to-end delivery.

-To look after all requirements, development, change and modification request in SMU and assigning work among team members.

Worked as developer in VAS application domain, including SMS, Voice based services, below are some applications designed and developed:-

DND (Do Not Disturb), Fuel Management System, Short Code (53030, 567 etc.) Application, CRBT (Hello Tunes) Manager, Centralized Logger, Airtel Precall-InstaAlert Application, Tata Rescue Ring Application, IFFCO Project
