Job Responsibilities:

Currently working for client Cipla and taking care of activities such as:

· Managed and compiled payroll inputs received from external sources, ensuring accurate processing of payroll earnings and deductions according to client requirements.

· Handling Payroll activities like VPF, Maternity Bonus, LTA, Attendance records and Shift Allowance etc.

· Supporting key employee life cycle processes, including off-Boarding and on-boarding of new hires, data management, transfers, leavers, payroll setup, and benefit enrollments as required.

· Providing senior-level support to clients.

· Managing absconding process of employees and generating their letters.

· Manage attendance records of active and exited employees.

· Managed scheduled standard payroll reports from the payroll system (HRMS)

· Processing Full and Final input of every month for almost 4000 employees. In which we need to prepare their leave balance, No Due clearance and Attendance.

· Upload Resignation on their Portal (Success Factor) on behalf of HR Manager for Voluntary, Involuntary and Terminated employees. Also reassign the task as per request. o Blocking the employee credential after terminating in the system.

· Handling terminations, both straightforward and more complex situations, including attending calls and/or in-person meetings as the company's local representative where required.

· Serving as the regional expert for all human resources functions.

· Managing client relationships in conjunction with members of the client services team.

· Handling ongoing matters with existing clients by pulling in appropriate members of the team to resolve client queries.

· Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.

· Orchestrated key employee life cycle processes, demonstrating expertise in on-boarding new hires, meticulous data management, smooth transfers, and seamless management of leavers. Executed precise payroll setups and adeptly managed benefit enrollments as per organizational requirements.

Mastering Exited Employee Data Management in the HRMS (ALT Portal):

· Initiating the NDC/No Dues Clearance/Initiating FNF at HRMS (ALT) Portal and Punched Separation in SAP:

Spearheading the process of initiating No Dues Clearance (NDC) and Full and Final (FNF) settlements through the HRMS (ALT) portal.

Executing the separation process in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Centrally Coordinating with Various Stakeholders:

Collaborating proactively with multiple stakeholders, including Admin, L1 manager, BU HR, IT/Asset, and Finance teams.

Orchestrating seamless communication and coordination to expedite the clearance of No Dues Certificates on the HRMS portal (ALT)

· Database Management of Exited Employees in HRMS:

Overseeing comprehensive database management for employees exiting the organization within the HRMS.

Initiating resignations on behalf of employees and HR Manager, particularly in cases of Absconding, Retirement, and Death.

Updating Last Working Day (LWD) and Date of Resignation (DOR) accurately in the system.

Retaining employee records for future reference and managing task re-assignments efficiently.

· Generating Experience Certificates:

Systematically generating Experience Certificates for all exited employees based on meticulously updated data in SAP.

Ensuring that each certificate reflects the individual's tenure, contributions, and other relevant details.

Working on SAP:

· Generating Full and Final Advice and running the simulation/trial in SAP as per defined SLAs.

· Preparing and sharing the experience letters with employees as per SLA

Closely working with the Application Team for time-to-time updation and modifications in HRMS and auto-generated reports.
