model product and performed a mold trial to define

parameters.

• Developing activities like creating 3D injection parts and sheet

metal drawing and 2D drafting by using basic GD&T concepts

through UG-NX.

• Approval of a New/CAPA/Remake mold following verification of 3P

matching with part data vs actual samples.

• Responsible for modifying molds for assembly, improving quality

and product responsibility through ECR/ECN activities in the PLM

system.

• Identify opportunities to improve products or reduce costs by

changing design of Injection/Press parts and assembly.

• Market and Process quality defects root cause analysis & taking

corrective action by a design change and process improvement.

• Benchmarked different competitors unique & marketing features

to improve product features.

• Planning & Execution of VAVE projects by BM and idea creation.

• To negotiate a price with a local mold maker and purchase molds, and

their replacement parts for production.
