• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and other project-related records. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
• Promote and enforce safety standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers and compliance with safety regulations.
• Address project challenges promptly and effectively, making informed decisions to keep the project moving forward. Implement problem-solving methodologies to overcome obstacles.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and other project stakeholders. Address their concerns and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Continuously assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

• Providing on-site, reverse training so that employees and laborers can understand the procedure for each activity.
• Preparing Monthly/Weekly reports.

• Inspection and testing of materials, including sand, aggregates, cement, concrete blocks, and steel, are done in accordance with corporate and IS requirements.
• Ensuring that on-site safety procedures are adhered to.
• Creation of BBS following analysis and execution of the reinforcement drawing.
• Verify that the aluminium shuttering is straight and that it follows the drawing.
• Verifying the conduits for the electrical, plumbing, and fire systems in the aluminium form work.
• Participate in technical discussions, conduct value engineering analyses, and offer technical assistance as needed during the building phase.
