• Managing the entire program operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure optimum utilization of available resources, which includes both end-to-end implementation, group rollouts and production support

• Spearheading all projects through aggressive project governance processes; developing relationships with business stakeholders & leadership teams across geographies & departments; presenting changes, issues, risks & contingency plans
• Managed data center migration process with an understanding of risk mitigation and chain of custody for physical servers
• Drive technology infrastructure from “current state to future state” with a focus on data center migration – Storage migration from VMAX/VNX to VPLEX and VNX (Dump) to Pure Storage.
• Responsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production.
• Working closely with Project Management Office to understand and identify opportunities/events to create awareness of the project brand
• Handling the role of Global owner who is responsible for ensuring OS patching,vulnerability mitigation and compliance for 80K servers of the bank globally.
• Proven experience in program management with a strong track record of delivering complex cloud services.

• Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to Operations activities
• Provide feedback to the company related to recommendation on additions/improvements identified during the life of the project.
• Participate in implementation meetings (client-facing and internal) as appropriate to ensure operations activities are completed
• Work with the Resource Manager to allocate resources.
• Manage team members within team, relating to objective settings, coaching, performance assessments, career aspirations and assignment of tasks
• Track and report progress (dashboards) to key stakeholders
• Assess and proactively communicate risk, which may have impacts to the business.
• Ensure Operational Readiness Deliverables and Activities are delivered within upon agreed milestones and budget
• Drive Lessons Learned from each transition to ensure continuous improvement to standard methodology and toolset
