Additionally, I contributed to the blockchain aspects of the projects, adding significant value and transitioning from a Project Manager to a Technical Project Manager. At JPMorgan, I began as a mobile app developer, specializing in rebuilding apps from Objective-C to Swift. I led a team as part of the digital mobile platform in India, delivering features from the US to India. My role extended to hiring talent, enhancing automation with CI/CD, and overseeing testing and deployments. I transitioned into a business analyst role, managing project plans, and later took on scrum master responsibilities, handling sprint ceremonies. In essence, I wore multiple hats, contributing to development, team leadership, and release management
