• All diversions within India handled in the most efficient manner to avoid flight cancellation on return to destination due Crew Time Limit.
• Compliance to Regulator recommended practices ensured to maintain highest level of relationship with all Authorities.

• Ensure Service Delivery from the stake holders contracted by the Management. Developed tracking mechanism to track day to day performance of Service providers.
