* Maintaining MIS and comprehensive data bank of interview & suitable candidates, BGV & Medical, Interview & Relocation reimbursement.
*Maintaining comprehensive organization chart to identify current staffing and vacancy data.
* Generated reports analyzing various Human Resources metrics such as headcounts, hiring rates, and retention rates for management evaluation.
