BOM Creation & Materials handling for the order.
Collaboration with Production, Planning, SCM & quality to provide technical Support for the components.
Execute material planning and documentation, ensuring timely material availability to support production and delivery timelines.
Following with suppliers for the materials availability in shortest lead time to avoid production delays.
Purchase Requisitions was made and following with SCM for Purchase order of materials.
Co-ordinating with Projects and SCM to get cost impact with customer on the basis of MOQ items.
Quality requirements are updated based upon weekly meeting with Buyers and suppliers to avoid any errors while manufacturing the items.
Maintain accurate ERP system including Bill of materials, lead times and material status for planner and production visibility.
Allocated items for the new orders from Excess inventory and saved around 20 Lakhs rupees.
Utilized BI to report on Purchase Requisitions, open orders & regularly updating Oracle data to provide insights and support management decision.
Cultivated and maintained Professional relationships with suppliers and addressing issues promptly to ensure optimal performance.
Reduce errors in BOM by implementing standardization part numbering.
Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve product manufacturability.
