• 2G & 3G ICR and 2G Staggered frequency implemented in the network

• Working with NSN for 2G VODAFONE-UP-East project, 1800 MHz deployment planning in highly congested city cells
• KPI Performance Target for the circle
• Analysis of drive data received from various zones and suggesting change (frequency, tilt, orientation)
• Review and download frequency plan for the cluster in periodic basis
• Site survey followup and timely resolution of complaints
• Making new town integration report, submitting DT plots of cities to customer
• Optimization of data network for the cluster .

Handling the contractor Huawei and its subcontractor for the new network set up in Tanzania.
