• Responsible for building Engineering team and solution for Credit product at Novo from scratch.

• Design, and develop high-performance software applications in AWS
• React Native, React, Node.js, and iOS
• Manage and groom teams, ensuring product delivery across multiple projects concurrently
• Develop, maintain, and consult on AWS-based projects within organization
• Contribute to Architecture Review Board, validating project architectures within company
• Tools Visual Studio Git JIRA Kibana, Prometheus, Data Dog Jenkins -Lead agile sprint ceremonies, planning, and estimation for complete applications
• Maintain strong Scrum/Agile practices, including capacity planning and project forecasting
• Analyze project risks using tools such as Excel sheets, Decision Tracker, and Detailed Sprint reports

• My Role here involved to architecture, develop and maintain mobile solutions right from the scratch using React Native and AWS services

• Leading a team of engineers and training them on the concerned technology stack like React Native, iOS and AWS
