As founder of Spiritual Saga, i teach kids spiritual Stories , Shlokas , related art and craft and different life lessons from them.

As a parent i realised that knowing our roots ,culture,history and traditions gives confidence and establishes a better foundation for kids. I wanted me kids to learn all that but could not find anything of this kind anywhere.

Finally I decided to take these classes for kids as I thought that there must be many more parents like me in the society and trust me the response is very good.

I am really proud of my this startup .

As Area Manager, I was responsible for hiring, training and performance of the front line managers of ICICI Prudential .

I managed the relation of ICICI Prudential Life MP with ICICI direct for 9 years .

Managing the relation would mean training, sales support, RnR , contests and performance of the relation managers of ICICI Direct for LIFE Insurance .

Was among the top Area managers in country with best sales performance , employee trainings and their appraisals .

I joined ICICI Prudential as front line manager and served the company for 9 years with a lot of rewards and recognitions.

I was hired as trainee by the company in 2005 and was responsible for acquiring new clients (dmat accounts)

was promoted in 3 months as relationship Manger and was handling big trading firms for IndiaBulls .

Took 2nd promotion in 6 months and was team manager with 8 relationship managers woking with me.

Was the top profit making Manager in the state and 3rd in the country .
