EMS: We get queries/request from the customers to AMD/cancellations and to prioritize the payments where we take immediate action on the same.

CINQ: We monitor this application to know if we have any AMD/CAN to take action.

PLCM : PLCM application is to monitor RNR/DUP and MIU FAX

payments.
