Letter of Credit (LC) documentation & processing, Bank Guarantees (BG) & Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Foreign inward/outward remittances, Cash Credit account compliance, Banking liaison & fund management, Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees., Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement., Manage payroll for monthly, weekly, or contract employees., Handle payroll adjustments like bonuses, incentives, arrears, and deductions., Ensure compliance with government regulations such as PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), Professional Tax, Income Tax / TDS, Labor laws and payroll regulations., Manage statutory filings and audits., Lead and manage the payroll team., Train and guide payroll executives and analysts., Set payroll policies and standard operating procedures., Implement and manage payroll software or HRMS systems., Maintain payroll databases and employee compensation records., Ensure data confidentiality and security., Prepare payroll reports for finance, HR, and management., Analyze salary costs, budgeting, and payroll trends., Support finance during audits and financial closing., Work closely with HR team, Tax consultants, Government authorities
