Project:- Data Syndication – North America (Feb-2025 to till date)
- Key responsibility is to oversee syndication of Kohler product information across multiple sales channels including Amazon, Lowe’s, Wayfair, The Home Depot and others.
- Collect, organize, and prepare product or business data from Product Information Management (PIM) system (Inriver tool), spec sheets, SAP and clients. This is enriched in the vendor data systems (either directly or via Excel spreadsheets).
- Transform and optimize data to meet the unique requirements of each receiving platform, ensuring all mandatory fields, formats and standards are met.
- Syndicate (distribute and publish) product information, including product descriptions, images, specs, and pricing to retailer websites or digital channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, eCommerce, sales, and IT—to gather required data and ensure alignment and data integrity.
· Review and validate data from multiple sources such as databases, electronic records, or manual inputs to ensure data accuracy.
- Validate correct display of entered data on vendor websites as per the company standards. Report any data discrepancies to the respective teams & get the same fixed to improve data quality processes.
- Maintain data quality standards, perform regular audits and update systems to reflect the latest information.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to data validation activities and findings.
- Generate syndication performance, accuracy and timeliness reports for leadership.
- Train team members or new employees on data validation procedures as needed.
Project: - Product Information Management (PIM) – North America (Jul-2023 to Jan-2025)
· Analyse product data for accurate and timely delivery of product information on website
- For new product launches mediated with the technical copywriting team, Engineering team and Manufacturing team to ensure that the product information is accurate (data enrichment).
- Collaborated with Digital Merchandising Marketing Analyst to ensure accurate and complete product data collection.
- Conducted website audits and worked proactively with Product and Digital Marketing teams to support new product visibility.
- Analyzed & identified website errors, reviewed source documents to resolve data allocation issues. Partnered with business teams to identify and resolve production data discrepancies promptly.
Generated and distributed monthly status reports to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
