• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, recruiters, and internet sites.
• Review received resumes and contacts them through phone/Email – Arrange available resumes department wise and maintain data for future use.
• Responsible for joining formalities & documentation - Joining Form filing, Identity Card issuance, Access Card issuance, agreement for mode of salary (Cheque / DD, Cash or Account transfer.
• Provide HR support to HR Manager.
• Assisting with employee disputes and performance reviews as and when required.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews.
• Make necessary arrangements for reference checks and prepare reports for record perspective.
