· Handle IT Purchasing for Global offices includes:

1. Motivate the end user to raise PR (Purchase request) through the ticketing tool.

2. Keep abreast of inventory and make adjustment as necessary.

3. Identify suppliers of goods and services

4. Negotiate terms with suppliers regarding price, quality, deadlines, expectations, and so on.

5. Evaluate vendor quotes for the best match.

6. Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) through NetSuite.

7. Work closely with SOT (Spend Optimization Team) for further processes like Requisition and Purchase Order.

8. Place purchase order with vendor and tally these with supply requests and orders.

9. Handle end users or management queries/escalations regarding order status, changes, cancellations.

10. Liaise with vendors for changes in shipment, including expedited shipping for shortages.

· Vendor addition on Aestiva Power Office.

· Purchase, assign, and manage development software such as Visual Studio Pro/Enterprise with GitHub, Adobe (all products), JetBrains licenses, DevExpress licenses.

· Purchase, assign, and administer premium Microsoft Office 365 products such as MS Visio, MS Project, and Power BI Pro

· Well versed in the procurement and management of design and development tools.

· Pro-actively document user-guides for Self-Help (Knowledge Base).

• Assessed areas of service concern and developed improvement plans.
• Adjusted procedures to maximize department effectiveness.
• Reviewed proposals, qualified vendors and recommended optimal suppliers.

· Exchange management and O365 (User, access, License Management, troubleshooting).

· Provide support services to the Global users in IT and IS areas.

· Active directory administration (User ID creation/deletion, password reset, Account unlocks).

· Microsoft MFA (Multifactor Authentication) user management.

· VPN administration and management (token creation, assigning, purchasing, troubleshooting).

· User, mailbox, DL (Distribution list) management.

· Collaboration with Microsoft on critical issues when vendor dependency exists.

• Providing Level 2 Technical Support for all Windows, Mac and peripherals-related issues over the call and remote
• No Boot, No Internet and All kind of email Issues Troubleshooting
• Installation and Configuration of Security programs, Network printers & Scanner and its software level of troubleshooting
• Providing the Remote support and Net meeting support using LOGMEIN remote software

• Providing L1 Technical Chat (Non-voice) Support and resolving problems associated with both software and hardware
• Escalating unresolved issues to the L2 team, managing several open issues simultaneously, and ensuring optimal functioning of IT Systems.

• Configuring computer systems, troubleshooting technical problems, offering support for new applications, and setting up user accounts and passwords.

· Resolving issues present in a company's computer system.

· Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting required client software and hardware, whether onsite or remotely.
