Newage is a B2C product based company that manufactures and sells garage cabinetry's and outdoor kitchen appliances through its own website and other retailers. I ensure that the orders are delivered efficiently to the end consumer. This is enabled by route planning, Stakeholder management, Data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound operations of middle mile and Last mile deliveries of over 1K orders per day, ensuring absolute customer satisfaction throughout the resolution process.
• Lead the scheduling of LTL and FTL loads by collaborating with our carrier network of 30+ carriers in US and CANADA, and 6 warehouses.
• Managing high level escalations and disruptions across the network.
• Rescuing shipments from carriers in case of issues like climate extremities , fleet accidents, return shipments.

Projects:

• Request for proposals (RFP's): RFP for new carriers involve inviting new carriers to submit proposals for transportation services. This calls for defining the problem, carrier contracts, implementing training, coordinating, on-boarding and establishing support services.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheaded process improvement initiatives across multiple regions (DE, PL, NL, DK, CZ, SLK, AT, SE, TR, LUX), as a process expert for a team of 20 members ensuring a 95% team SLA for global operations.
• Analyzed and optimized operational data, leveraging advanced excel tools, combined with coordination with all the stakeholders involved to provide resolutions to disruptions across the Europe network.
• Trained 40 new hires, ensuring comprehensive understanding of process workflows and compliance with safety standards.

Projects:

Amazon Prime Peak Deals:

• Worked for the development and implementation of a dashboard to track success metrics for Prime Peak deals, improving accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborated with cross- functional teams to streamline operations, resulting in successful execution of over 98M deal units with a 98% success rate.

Unloading Delays Project:

• Organized and led the project aiming to reduce the rate of unloading delay cases at AMAZON warehouse, thereby reducing cost, streamlining the planning process and ensuring efficiency in the network.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, reviewing and analyzing weekly and monthly budgets for the marketing department
• Creating an all-inclusive strategy for operations to meet the monthly sales target by analyzing data driven by using technologies. For eg: Advanced Excel. POWER BI.
• Undertook initiative to Plan and execute B2C and B2B marketing plans in order to establish trade relations.
