UTA (M/S GUNFLINT SUBSEA -7)

Designed UTA with 6MQCs, 3 electrical/optical parking spots and 4 hybrid Electrical/ Optical connectors & mudmat with yoke assembly, includes calculation of padeyes,weldstress and anode mass.

LOGIC CAP (M/S LLOG, USA)Designed logic cap consisting of 3 port 10K hot stab & receptacle with back pressure valve with required tube fittings which will be used to supply the hydraulic fluid lines in the subsea for intermediate connection between inboard and outboard MQC. Includes calculation of tube stress.

PRESSURE SENSING PANEL (M/S MURPHY SAMURAI , USA) Designed pressure sensing panel with 15k hot stab & receptacle with 15k DBB valve on jumperand suitable tube fittings.

TRT PANEL ASSEMBLY(M/S WALTER O&G) Designed TRT panel with 7 valves and dual port 17h Hot stab & receptacle on Tree with required tube fittings which will be used to supply the hydraulic fluid lines from supply line to drain as per schematic

DOWN HOLE CABLE REEL DRUM(M/S WEATHERFORD) Designed reel drum with chain drive system (motor, sprockets with chain, brake) with swivel as per suitable drum rpm as per DNV 2.7-1.
