- In case of queries by the AWC, partner is responsible for coordinating response - technical questions need to be directed to Print Coordinator, regulatory ones to CRA / LAL with always cc to all parties involved.
- After receipt of newly created artwork approval file in AMS, inform CRA (the requestor) via AMS Communication board to review and confirm that mockup / artwork approval file created can be approved.
