- As part of "Our Future Now" (OFN), I was hired to support the transition from Remedy to ServiceNow. Prior to release, I was responsible for addressing defects. Post-release, I have actively worked on customer requirements, stories, and on-going development.

- During my internship at Computacenter, I received comprehensive training on Database Management Systems (DBMS), Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS), and ServiceNow.
- Specialist UK trainers guided us through ServiceNow CAD and ITSM modules. Our capstone projects spanned three months, planned in sprints.
- During each sprint, we presented our progress to receive reviews and feedback on our implementation, as per Computacenter's best practices.
